Relativity, Inc Presented Arkansas Chiefs Association Vendor of the Year

The Arkansas Association of Chief’s of Police recently held their annual conference at the Hot Springs Convention Center.  During the awards and change of leadership ceremony at the close of the conference, Relativity was honored to receive the Vendor of the Year award.

Relativity Receives Vendor of the Year Award

The Arkansas Chief’s association First Vice President Chief Chad Henson of Trumann, Arkansas presented the award to the President of Relativity, Dillon Watkins.   During the presentation, Chief Henson spoke of Relativity as being the “tip of the spear” in the fight against crime in Arkansas, and recognized Relativity’s contributions to the state through their commitment to continuous innovation and improvement.

Mr. Watkins spoke about the long  history of Relativity serving a majority of the departments across the state, and noted the 99.5% client retention rate of the company.  In closing, he said  “We are proud of the long relationship we have with the public safety agencies across Arkansas, and with the NDEX (National Data Exchange), Geo-analytics, and new mapping capabilities we are releasing in the near future, the impact with be even greater. ”

Relativity is a national provider of Government and Public Safety Records Management solutions based in Jonesboro, Arkansas.  Relativity serves a diverse group of organizations ranging in size from the US Air Force to single person police departments, from offices in Arkansas, Pennsylvania, and Texas.   The company is currently in their 18th year of operation, with a client base of over 250 agencies and organizations at the local, tribal, state, and federal level.
