Jonesboro (April 2014) – Relativity, Inc. is proud to announce the launch and nationwide release of QuikTip, a revolutionary communication solution for tips and emergency notification.  QuikTip allows the user to anonymously send a message directly to the hosting agency,  at any time, from several different app platforms.

It’s innovative, multi-platform, multi-point notification model, provides users with a simple and easy to use communication tool. This app has strong potential to save lives and property by allowing the hosting organization access to first-hand information which can quickly be routed the appropriate individual or agency.

The app is adaptable so it can be easily configured to each community’s unique needs.  It can be used by an individual school to capture information on bullying, underage drinking, or drug use and just as easily can be configured for a statewide implementation as a drug / criminal activity or highway safety tip solution.  Hosting agencies are able to chat directly with tip providers, but with the anonymous feature, the person sharing information is not identifiable unless they choose to reveal their identity.

The QuikTip app provides a familiar and easy to use communications medium for iPhone, iPad, and Android tablet or phone users, that allow tip information to be provided while maintaining anonymity. The QuikTip app also provides the user an option to opt-in to important communication notices from the hosting organization.  Examples of these notifications could be as simple as street closing and weather warnings, or as serious and important as notification of a chemical spill evacuation or an active shooter alert.

Additionally, the hosting agency will be provided with a log so they can focus their prevention messages on the most prevalent problems in their area. QuikTip provides tip metrics, system captures and other reports.  For agencies operating with the RPS-CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) application, the Quiktip platform provides a component for direct queue integration, which allows a one click creation of or addition to a dispatch call event.

Relativity Inc. is thrilled to announce that the first QuikTip installation goes live on Tuesday, April 15, 2014 and is hosted by the White County, AR 911 Dispatch Center.  Agencies and organizations interested in getting QuikTip for themselves should contact Juliana Crawley at 870-802-3622.
