Relativity is looking for the following positions in the Jonesboro, AR, Memphis, TN, St. Louis, MO, and Austin, TX locations.

1.  Business Analyst

This position works closely with the development and marketing teams.  Duties include development of program design specifications, communicating specifications to the development team, and testing / review of programs to ensure they follow the specifications.  Other responsibilities include development of product use cases, test scripts, training / user documentation, and release notes. Additional duties include development of  SQL / Oracle Schemas, Stored Procedures, etc.  This position will also provide user training as needed.

2.  Support Analyst
This position works closely with the support and development teams.  Duties include product testing / debugging and documentation for programs, third party       software, and hardware utilized with programs.  Other responsibilities include client assistance, server / network configuration (local and web), and development team          assistance with updates and SQL challenges.

3.  Sr. .Net Developer
Our developers play a key role in the growth of our overall organization. Program interface design, client interaction and project management skills are critical for success in this position. Experience with MS-SQL and/or Oracle database is a plus.  Computer Science degree is preferred. 

Candidates should possess a strong work ethic and a sense of task ownership.  Good written and verbal communication skills are a requirement.  Candidates must be open to occasional travel.

 

4.  Designer (Web, Print and UI)

This position is primarily responsible for the development of all marketing materials, presentations, graphics, and logos.  Additionally, this position will work with the development team to develop overall look and feel of products. Experience with Quark XPress, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver desired.  Product branding experience a plus!

Candidates must be able to provide a portfolio with print and web materials.

 

5.  Software Solutions Field Sales Representative

The primary focus of this position is to procure new clientele and assist with current marketing activities.

Responsibilities include:

  • cold – calling potential leads
  • marketing / sales research
  • providing product information and pricing to new & existing leads
  • conducting on-site visits to prospective clients
  • pre & post – sale follow up
  • planning & conducting marketing / sales events
  • assisting with trade shows (planning & attendance)
  • assisting with company – wide marketing promotions
  • providing sales reports to marketing staff
Candidate should possess a strong work ethic and a sense of task ownership. This position is required to learn all Relativity, Inc. products and be able to use them proficiently.  Extensive technical knowledge is not required – we will train the right candidate.  Candidates should possess basic computer knowledge and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.  Good written and verbal communication skills are a requirement.  Candidates must be willing to travel regularly.
